Welcome to Smoke & Mirrors Hemp Dispensary (“Smoke & Mirrors,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing our website, placing an order, or visiting our store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2) Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume any products from Smoke & Mirrors. We verify ID and may refuse service for suspected falsification of age or identity.

3) Store Pick-Up Only

All online purchases are in-store pick-up only.
We do not ship or deliver products under any circumstances.

Availability can vary by location and demand. If an item is unavailable at pick-up, we’ll help you select a comparable replacement. Orders not picked up within 72 hours may be canceled. A valid, government-issued ID matching the order name is required at pick-up.

4) No Shipping Policy

Smoke & Mirrors does not ship—no exceptions. All sales occur in person at our storefront(s).

5) Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

All sales are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges. If we cannot fulfill an item and no comparable replacement is available, we may offer store credit at our discretion. Cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been processed.

6) Product Information & Legal Compliance

All products are 100% derived from federally legal hemp and contain ≤ 0.3% Δ9THC (2018 Farm Bill compliant). Local laws vary; customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws. Smoke & Mirrors is not liable for misuse, misinterpretation, or unlawful possession.

7) Health & Safety Disclaimer

Products are not evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare professional before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or with a medical condition.
Do not drive or operate machinery after use.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AND PETS. Discontinue use if adverse reactions occur.

We strive for accuracy, but product descriptions, pricing, and availability may contain errors or change without notice. We may modify or discontinue products at any time and are not liable for reliance on site content.

12) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Venue for disputes lies exclusively in Cass County, Missouri courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
